In April 2021, Sean had been sentenced to a 90 day intermittent custodial sentence, followed by a 12 month conditional sentence for assault causing bodily harm and breach of recognizance regarding his ex-partner Sara.
At some point afterward, Sara had moved to London, Ontario. However, still fearing Sean, Sara had filed in the London court for an 810 peace bond against Dustin. An 810 peace bond hearing was scheduled for September 9, 2022.
Result: Sean agreed to voluntarily enter into the peace bond, rather than drive to London from Ottawa to contest it.
