Brian was in a relationship with Shannon. On a late January morning, Shannon visited Brian’s residence in order to obtain keys to a vehicle registered in her name. At some point in their interaction, Brian ripped documentation from Shannon’s grasp and pushed her to the ground with his forearm. As a result, Brian was charged with assault.
Result: After a period of discussions with the Crown, it was agreed that Brian would enter a peace bond, and the charges would be stayed.
